Standing Ovation Talent Group (SOTG), a non-profit organization and dance company that utilizes dance, fitness, and poise to build healthy self esteem and confidence in youth within and without the urban communities  in the Central Florida area while encouraging leadership and education for brighter futures. Standing Ovation Talent Group (SOTG) was found in 1997 by Terri Burns who had a vision to make a positive impact in the lives youth by teaching dance as a true expression of art and self.  Since then SOTG has performed with numerous venues receiving many awards and recognition for their creative dance movements and formations. SOTG offers several different performances through out the year including the Chocolate Nutcracker, a spring fashion show and many other dance recitals and appearances around Central Florida and other cities.  SOTG participants learn dance, fitness and poise while working with a team of well qualified dance instructors with over 10 years of experience.  Dancers are encouraged to excel academically and socially with opportunities of community involvement.  Mentorship is offered to teenage dancers who desire to advance as dance instructors as their skills are developed.
